You can purchase our eVouchers as a standalone product, and many clients embed them into their rewards strategy, especially at Christmas. They’re also built into our employee experience platform, giving your workforce the opportunity to redeem their rewards with over 100 retailers.
Within the Pluxee Employee Experience, a manager would issue the reward as points. Employees then redeem points within the app, purchasing an eVoucher from their chosen retailer, and paying with their points or adding their own funds as well, should they want to spend more.
Pluxee Card: making rewards stretch further
Issuing points that will convert to rewards is one option; our prepaid, cashback-earning Pluxee Card is another.
Our Pluxee Card is part of the Pluxee Employee Experience core package, and as well as enhancing financial wellbeing as a salary-stretching employee benefit, you can use it to issue rewards.
The same principle applies as with issuing points, but instead of adding the points to the employee’s account, you can load the monetary equivalent onto their Pluxee Card. I’m going to spill the tea on a conversation I had recently with a colleague in HR.
