Will the rebranding disrupt our current business?

There will be no change to your current business, our SLA’s and contact centre opening times remain the same.

Will I keep the same contacts?

Yes, your contacts will remain the same.

How will you ensure business continuity?

While this is a change in our brand name, the same set of people who are working with you will continue to provide the highest level of service to you. It is business as usual. 

Will I be able to continue to access all my existing Sodexo systems?

Your usual access to all existing systems, platforms and services will remain unchanged.

Should I ask my employees/consumers to change any of their Sodexo passwords, usernames or products?

No, they don’t need to change anything at all. They should continue as usual.

How will you inform my employees/consumers?

We will be creating communications on our digital assets (website/platforms/mobile app etc) over the next few weeks/months to inform your employees and consumers, this will be a phased across our platforms. 

What should I tell my employees/consumers?

Please reassure them that nothing changes for them. Pluxee will now deliver the same benefits and services, under a new brand name. There is absolutely no change and they should carry on exactly as before.

What are the setup times?

What support is available to us?

Your card programme will be looked after with account management support to help you make it a success, along with an expert customer care team for all employee enquiries.

Is this just another cashback scheme where employees will wait months to see the benefit?

No! All cashback from qualifying purchases will collect in a virtual pot and will be added to an employee’s cashback card balance the next time they top up the card.

How do employees track their cashback?

Employees can track their cashback either through the Pluxee Card App or desktop platform. Not only can they view all transactions, but they’ll also see how much cashback they have earned from participating retailers, and how much cashback they’ve got pending to come back onto their card.

Is the cashback worth it for my employees?

With the potential for every employee to earn up to £99 cashback a month by switching their regular spending to one of the participating retailers, we’d say it’s pretty worth it!

Can Pluxee Cards only be used at participating retailers?

No! Whilst we would encourage employees to use the virtual card in one of the 80+ retailers, including some of the biggest UK retailer brands, employees can spend their funds anywhere that accepts Visa prepaid cards in-store and online using Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Do employees need a credit check for a Pluxee Card?

No, we simply require identity verification for our customers and cardholders via either a KYB or KYC check. Although this isn’t a credit check and wouldn’t leave a visible footprint on an employee’s credit file it could leave a record that identity verification has taken place.

Do employees need a smartphone to use the Pluxee Virtual Card?

Yes. Employees will need to have a smartphone and add the virtual prepaid card to their eWallet for seamless contactless purchases with Apple Pay and Google Pay. Plus, it can be used anywhere Visa is accepted online.

Do virtual cards need activating?

No need to worry about an activation process, our virtual cards are ready to go as soon as the registration is completed, allowing your employees to start spending and earning cashback right away.

How secure is the virtual card?

The virtual Pluxee Cards are stored on the system with encryption, and they are safe. They are also accessible through two-factor authentication measures which will add additional security for the cardholders.
