Our eVouchers and Pluxee Cards work differently. You can order eVouchers on an ad hoc basis with relatively little setup. Out Pluxee Card goes through a different process, considering whether you wish to allow employees to top up their cards as they go. The process is secure and straightforward, with your account manager guiding you through the process.

Our retail partners set the terms of the vouchers, and they will have an expiry date. The period may vary, but vouchers will always have at least 12 months before expiry when we issue them.

You don’t have to allow the cashback feature and can stick to employer top-ups only. Just remember that the beauty of the Pluxee Card is the fact that it can stretch your rewards budget further when employees earn cashback and is an effective financial wellbeing benefit.

We partner with over 150 UK retailers, including some of the most well-known brands, so your employees will always find their favourite supermarkets, clothing stores, restaurants or DIY stores. Please speak with one of our employee engagement consultants for specific names.

When our retail partners release their eVouchers, they have an expiry date, and we’ll help you engage with and encourage your employees to redeem their rewards, so they don’t miss out.

Our Pluxee Card doesn’t count up points, it calculates and builds up a pot of cashback. We partner with over 80 retailers that allow your members to earn up to 15% cashback, but members can use the card online and in-store worldwide – wherever Visa prepaid is accepted.

EAP is short for Employee Assistance Programme. EAP is a sought-after employee benefit, but we’ve seen great success offering it within the member wellbeing space with Worcestershire County Cricket Club.

We can deliver our Virtual Pluxee Card and unbranded physical cards between 4 to 6 weeks from when you sign your contract with us, extending to 8 to 12 weeks for branded physical cards. When you add someone new to your scheme, we can deliver their virtual card to them within 24 hours of receiving an issuance request and within 72 hours for physical cards.

You can use our Pluxee Card globally with any retailer that accepts Visa prepaid, online or in-store, excluding the adult entertainment and gambling industries.

We will provide you with a card load file for completion. Once populated with the relevant data, information and the required load amount, we will manage the top-up internally on your behalf.
