Employee rewards and recognition solutions
Never underestimate the power of a thank you. Your reward and recognition strategy can help you retain top talent, boost engagement and morale, increase productivity and enhance your employee experience.
Recognition can be anything from a note, commenting on a job well done, a thank you from a colleague or a big awards ceremony.
It’s the impact that counts.
Not all employee rewards need to be monetary. Think about swapping an eVoucher for an extra day off. Make it personal and also keep employee preferences in mind.
Employee rewards and recognition help motivate employees to continue to perform. Improve morale and job satisfaction by recognising a job well done or when an employee mirrors your organisation’s ethos.
Recognition encourages employees to repeat that action or behaviour and achieve results. Add employee rewards to your recognition strategy to boost motivation, engagement and performance even further.
When you show your employees appreciation, recognising a job well done, you communicate to them that you value their input. When employees feel aligned with your business’s goals and values, it enhances their sense of belonging. An inclusive and effective employee rewards and recognition strategy enhances loyalty, boosting employee retention.
Employees who feel they belong are more committed to helping your business thrive. They can also help you find your next shining star, recommending you to others as a great place to work.
It can cost tens of thousands of pounds to replace one employee when you consider recruitment costs, training time, equipment, and the loss of productivity when a role is unfilled.
Investing in an inclusive and engaging employee rewards strategy will help reduce employee turnover, saving your business far more than your recognition strategy will cost.
Employee rewards and recognition reduce stress, improving employee wellbeing. Peer-to-peer recognition is a powerful tool, boosting collaboration within teams and across the business.
Siloed ways of working can be detrimental to your business. Unhappiness at work increases stress, so investing in an employee rewards strategy is a commitment to your people's wellbeing and the success of your business.

Reward & Recognition
Employee recognition can improve morale, retention and performance, but only when it reflects how manufacturing teams actually work. Factory floor employees are often deskless, shift-based and spread across different sites, so office-led recognition programmes can miss the people they’re meant to support. This blog shares 15 practical recognition ideas for production, logistics, maintenance and frontline teams, with simple ways to make appreciation visible, fair and easy for managers to deliver. From shift shout-outs to cost-of-living friendly rewards, you’ll find ideas that work without relying on email, big budgets or complex admin.

Reward & Recognition
Employee reward card schemes could be your solution to a critical challenge: 87% of employees want their rewards to be personalised, yet many businesses struggle to create meaningful recognition programmes without exceeding their budgets. These schemes offer a flexible and budget-friendly way to show appreciation whilst giving your team choice in how they're rewarded.
This piece explores how employee rewards card programmes work and the different types available. You'll also find strategies to implement a scheme that boosts morale without straining your finances. On top of that, you'll find budget-friendly funding methods and ways to maximise value. We'll also cover metrics to measure your programme's success.

Reward & Recognition
Recognition is one of the simplest, most powerful ways to improve how people feel at work. When employees are seen, thanked and listened to, they’re more likely to feel a sense of belonging, stay motivated, and bring their best ideas forward. Yet in many organisations, appreciation is sporadic, saved for big milestones, or tied only to outcomes that are easy to measure. The result is a culture gap: hard work goes unnoticed, effort becomes invisible, and engagement slips. In this article, we’ll explore why recognition matters so much, and seven practical ways to build a culture where appreciation is frequent, fair and meaningful.
Recognition can be anything from a passing thank you to a complete programme and a standardised way of acknowledging success. Employee rewards are the next step, solidifying your gratitude with financial and non-financial gifts.
Our eVouchers and Pluxee Cards work differently. You can order eVouchers on an ad hoc basis with relatively little setup. Out Pluxee Card goes through a different process, considering whether you wish to allow employees to top up their cards as they go. The process is secure and straightforward, with your account manager guiding you through the process.
Our retail partners set the terms of the vouchers, and they will have an expiry date. The period may vary, but vouchers will always have at least 12 months before expiry when we issue them.
You don’t have to allow the cashback feature and can stick to employer top-ups only. Just remember that the beauty of the Pluxee Card is the fact that it can stretch your rewards budget further when employees earn cashback and is an effective financial wellbeing benefit.
Build employee rewards and recognition into your company culture, lead by example, and celebrate your nominees.
